Items purchased from Biofade will be shipped the same business day via USPS for FREE, a $10 value!! USPS shipment generally takes 3-5 days within all 50 states. If you would like your product sooner than later we do offer a FEDEX express 2 day shipping option for $24.99, and $39.99 for FEDEX overnight (excluding friday orders/overnight saturday deliveries). International orders outside the United States will be charged a flat rate of $14.99 for USPS shipping, and usually takes 10-20 days. USPS International express is $49.99 and takes 3-5 days.
Your shipment will arrive in a plain white box with a shipping label. The contents are NOT displayed, neither is our company name. Rest assured your shipment is discreet and private.
Returns
We know our products here at Biofade work, so we offer all of our customers a 45 day refund policy. From the lab testing, research and past clients we work with, we know you will be confident with our products and be very happy with the results. But to make sure you are completely satisfied, we give you a 45 day window to return the product. This gives you ample time to visually see the results of our product if applying as directed. If you have any questions about a refund please contact us so we may help you.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging or additional charges may be applied. A $10 restocking charge will be applied for each product returned minus the shipping charged. The refund will be applied to your credit card or paypal account minus the $10 restocking charge and shipping charge. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us.
